Recital: Lucy Little '21 MM, Contemporary Improvisation
NEC's students meet one-on-one each week with a faculty artist to perfect their craft. As each one leaves NEC to make their mark in the performance world, they present a full, professional recital that is free and open to the public. It's your first look at the artists of tomorrow.

This recital is in memory of my father, David Little, who lost a vicious battle to Covid-19 on January 2, 2021.
I love you, Dad, this one is for you.
I am so grateful to the amazing musicians who joined me today, you make this music worth playing, you are all an inspiration.
So many thanks to my teachers at NEC, Eden MacAdam-Somer, Carla Kilshedt, Nicholas Kitchen, Ted Reichman,
Ran Blake, Liz Knowles, Anthony Coleman, Hankus Netsky, Tanya Kalmonovitch, Nima Janmohammadi, Ken Schaphorst,
and Tanya Maggi. I have learned so much from you over the past few years.
Thank you for your guidance, mentorship, and support. I am forever grateful to you all.
And to my mom, I truly wouldn’t be here without your constant support. Thank you for always helping me to have a little more faith.
