Foundation for Chinese Performing Arts Presents: Nan Ni, piano

NEC: Williams Hall | Directions

290 Huntington Ave.
Boston, MA
United States

Among many of her other awards, Nan Ni was the first prize winner of the 2022 Fou Ts’ong International Concerto Competition in Boston. Described by the Boston Musical Intelligencer as “a confident, accurate, powerful articulate interpreter,” her performance of Beethoven’s Emperor Concerto with the Mercury Orchestra at Jordan Hall also brought praise for her “limpid refinement in the adagio and exquisitely vanishing pianissimos that truly told."

Currently Nan Ni is a DMA candidate at the New England Conservatory under the direction of Bruce Brubaker and Alessio Bax.
