Eric Charles Chen ’23 Wins 2019 Cooper Competition for Violin

Incoming first year student Eric Charles Chen ’23 has won first prize at the 2019 Thomas and Evon Cooper International Competition with his rendition of Prokofiev's Concerto No. 2 in G Minor, op. 63.

Eric will matriculate with the class of 2023 as a Bachelor of Music student, and will study with Donald Weilerstein.
