Foundation for Chinese Performing Arts Presents: Xiaopei Xu, piano & Psychopomp Ensemble with Chi Wei Lo, piano

Hailed by The Boston Globe as “a world-class pianist” and by the Boston Musical Intelligencer as “spellbinding and expressive”, pianist Xiaopei Xu 徐小培 will perform the first half features solo repertoire of Preludes and Fugues pairs from J.S. Bach and Shostakovich. In the second half, the Psychopomp Ensemble with pianist/arranger Chi Wei Lo 駱奇偉 will join in to perform 4-hands and 2-piano works by Kapustin, Rzewski, Ellington, and Ravel. 

Admission is free. No ticket reservation required. Suggested donation $10 at door. Children under 6 not admitted.
