Recital: Pi-Wei Lin '24, Cello

NEC: Keller Room | Directions

290 Huntington Ave.
Boston, MA
United States

NEC's students meet one-on-one each week with a faculty artist to perfect their craft. As each one leaves NEC to make their mark in the performance world, they present a full, professional recital that is free and open to the public. It's your first look at the artists of tomorrow.

Pi-Wei Lin '24 studies Cello with Paul Katz and is the recipient of a scholarship made possible by the Alexander W. Dole and Mara E. Dole Scholarship Fund for Foreign Students.

This is an in-person event with a private stream available to the NEC community here: https://necmusic.edu/live

  6. Thank you for listening to my performance.

I want to thank Professor Katz for helping me over these past four years.
His guidance has meant the world to me, and I've cherished every moment of being his student.

I would like to thank my parents for their endless support and encouragement,
which helped me overcome the challenges over the past four years.

I also want to thank my fantastic collaborators, Hsin-Hao Yang and Sandy Li.
I am grateful and honored to work with both of them.
They brought so much joy and inspiration to our rehearsals, and I'm grateful for every minute of it.

    Hope you enjoy the performance.
