In honor of National Depression Screening Day, get a snapshot of your mental/emotional wellness with this free, anonymous mental health screening tool. Then, if you wish, check in with one of the counselors from NEC's Health and Counseling Center.

Students in need of mental health services may schedule both one-time and ongoing appointments, which are fully covered by NEC's student health insurance plan with no extra charge.
