7:30 PM | Jazz for Non-Majors Ensemble
This ensemble is designed to provide classical performers and composers with an introduction to the ethos and practice of jazz improvisation. Students rehearsed and performed selections from a broad range of jazz traditions and gained practical skills in jazz improvisation.
