BMOP slinks into a new fall season with a spooky new opera by John Corigliano. Corgliano's The Lord of Cries, with a libretto by Mark Adamo, reimagines the timeless tragedy The Bacchae by Euripides through the lens of Bram Stoker's classic horror story Dracula. Featuring countertenor Anthony Roth Costanzo as the seductive and deceptive Dionysus, tickets are on sale now for the East Coast premiere of Lord of Cries.
