Each year, an audition committee of professional musicians selects a few exceptional students ensembles to represent the NEC Honors Ensemble Program.

The Veridis Quartet is coached by Roger Tapping of the faculty, a former member of the Takács Quartet and new member of the Juilliard Quartet. Tapping will be playing as a guest with the Quartet. The violinists will take turns in the first chair with Yoonhee Lee filling that position on the first half and Laura Liu on the second half.

The program includes a work by graduating Bachelor of Music composition major Juman Lee, who has studied with John Mallia and Kati Agócs.
