Pianist Megan Henderson '85 will start full-time July 1 as music director of Boston-area organization known since 1971 for "The Christmas Revels."

NEC alumna Megan Henderson, who graduated from the Conservatory in 1985 with a Bachelor of Music in Piano, was recently named the new Music Director of the Watertown, Mass.–based performance company Revels. Megan has a rich background in early and world music, and is an accomplished keyboardist, singer, composer, and conductor. She was one of four finalist applicants for the position who auditioned before a large ad-hoc Revels adult chorus and a smaller children’s chorus.
