BMOP has released many world premiere recordings, including CDs dedicated to the music of NEC composers and/or featuring NEC performers.
In 2008 the BMOP/sound label was launched with an ambitious monthly releasing program that brings a new frequency of exposure for NEC composers and performers. Among the first releases: Y2K Compliant, an anthology of music by NEC composition chair Michael Gandolfi.
