Council on Foundations: Many local foundations offer educational scholarships to community members. The Council on Foundation’s “Foundation Locator” provides an exhaustive list of foundations across the U.S.

Dollars for Scholars: Dollars for Scholars is a nationwide program that provides educational scholarships to students in communities across America. Visit their website to see if Dollars for Scholars has a regional affiliate in your area.
