The Boston Trio (Irina Muresanu, violin; Heng-jin Park, piano; Denise Djokic, cello), ensemble in residence since 2002 at the NEC Preparatory School, share the program with the guest prep student violinist, Kate Arndt. Kate Arndt is the winner of the 2013 Boston Trio Chamber Music Competition. Ms. Arndt will not only perform a work piece with Djokic (Boston Trio's cellist) and pianist Heng-jin Park but will receive a full scholarship to the Killington Music Festival for summer of 2013 as part of the prize.
