*Note: The above PDF Financial Aid Application is not intended for incoming students who have applied for Admission online using the Unified Application for Music and Performing Arts Schools. The Unified Application includes a Financial Aid section which suffices as the student's application for financial aid. Please do not submit both the Unified Application and the separate Financial Aid application found on this page.
