The Verona Quartet graduated from NEC's Professional String Quartet Program in 2019 and have been selected to receive the Cleveland Quartet Award for the 2020–21 and 2021–22 seasons.

The event was sponsored by DHL in conjunction with the BTHVN on Tour exhibit, which kicked off NEC's celebration of the 250th anniversary of Beethoven's birth.
