Welcome to the ResHall!

The NEC Residence Hall (aka ResHall) is located at 33 Gainsborough Street directly across from Jordan Hall. Please visit our Frequently Asked Questions page to learn more about living in the Residence Hall.

All incoming undergraduate students, including transfers, are required to live in the Residence Hall for their first year. Undergraduate students who are married, over age 21, or living at home with parent(s) at their permanent address in the Boston area may request an exemption from this requirement. Spring applicants will be granted housing based on availability and are not guaranteed housing for any length of time.

Living in the Residence Hall at NEC gives you an opportunity to create your own unique living space. Below are just a few photos showcasing how NEC students are currently dressing up their on-campus spaces!
