Performance Hall Event Schedules
NEC's performance halls are used daily for rehearsals, performances, recordings, and a variety of other projects. Using your NEC login credentials, the links below provide detailed scheduling information for performance hall events for the current day.

Due to the high volume of events taking place in performance halls, availability is limited. Performance halls are available by reservation only. To make a reservation request for spaces on campus, use the following links below:
General Reservations for Performance Halls, Classrooms, and Studios
The button below may be used to request spaces in performance halls, classrooms, and other spaces on campus for the purposes of lessons, chamber music coachings, performances, and other events. Do not use this process for recital requests or practice room requests.
Practice Room Reservations
NEC practice rooms are available for use by current students, faculty, and staff by reservation only. To reserve practice rooms for individual use, please follow the instructions listed on Practice Room Reservation webpage.
Scheduling Office Operating Hours
The Scheduling Office is available to respond to scheduling requests made during the hours listed below. All scheduling requests must be made a minimum of 24 business hours in advance. Please note that requests made after business hours, over weekends, or during holidays will be answered on the next business day.
