Brass and Percussion

In an exciting and collaborative environment, students receive studio instruction from legendary faculty and participate in dynamic master classes. Performance opportunities are numerous, including solo recitals, chamber music, orchestra concerts, percussion ensemble, and opera productions.

Our curriculum offers experience in a wide variety of styles and concepts, all taught by renowned faculty mentors — including virtually the entire brass section of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. You will also have the opportunity to learn and partner with composers, as well as dedicated and talented peers. Our students and alumni have an incredible track record in winning orchestral positions — a legacy of which we are very proud.
