Evgeny Kissin Jordan Hall

On May 11, 2022, internationally beloved pianist Evgeny Kissin performed at NEC to raise funds for Ukraine in a powerful and moving event with the NEC community.

The sold-out performance featured Mr. Kissin performing solo piano works and NEC faculty members, ensemble-in-residence the Borromeo String Quartet (Nicholas Kitchen, Kristopher Tong, and Yeesun Kim, with Nicholas Cords substituting on viola) performing Mr. Kissin’s own String Quartet Op. 3 as a display of solidarity and hope.
