Dr. Eugenio Figueroa is a registered Suzuki teacher in violin, viola, and piano with the Suzuki Association of the Americas. He currently serves on the faculty of The Hartt Community Division, and the NEC prep, where he teaches the Suzuki Method.

As a violist, Dr. Figueroa earned his Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) in Viola Performance from The Hartt School, studying under Rita Porfiris. His journey in the Suzuki Method began brought Dr. Figueroa to Connecticut where he completed his Masters Degree in Performance with Suzuki Pedagogy Emphasis with training from Teri Einfeldt and Christie Felsing. His dedication to Suzuki led him to teach across United States.
