Andy Voelker is a Boston-based Jazz musician, saxophonist, improviser, composer, and music educator. From his roots on the New Jersey shore to his firmly rooted presence on the Boston jazz scene, he has always been surrounded by music, which has been a life lived on a musical path.

Andy teaches at multiple educational organizations including Rivers School in Weston, Brookline Music School, Milton Public Schools, and Milton Academy. In addition, Andy runs the jam sessions at The Mad Monkfish in Camp, MA., and has been involved in the greater Boston area jazz scene for many years. Andy also has multiple recordings out as leader, co-leader (Clear Audience, Gypsy Schaeffer, Kevin Harris Project, etc), which illustrate his personality and leadership in the music.
