Starting from the Semifinal Round on Aug 17, up to 5 semifinalists will be advanced to the Final. Finalists will perform Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 3 in D Minor, Op. 30 in its entirety, accompanied by the official collaborative pianist on the second piano.

Jury (alphabetically): Richard Dyer, Jung-Ja Kim, Michael Lewin, Sergey Schepkin, and Channing Yu
