Faculty Recital: Joseph Bozich | Sibelius American Premiere, Rossini, and Bozich World Premiere
Experience the American Premiere of Sibelius' only opera Jungfrun i tornet (The Maiden in the Tower) presented in its original Swedish in concert in Jordan Hall. The cast includes NEC alumni and professional young artists and an orchestra and chorus made-up of members of the NEC student body. NEC faculty member Joseph Bozich conducts.

Also on the program, hear the world premiere of Joseph Bozich's new work for viola and orchestra, From the Valley of Dry Bones, featuring current NEC student Philip Rawlinson. A rare Rossini gem, his Overture to Eduardo e Cristina, will round out the program.

The live stream of this event is available to NEC Community members only. To watch the stream, please click the “Streaming Access” button at the top of the page and enter the NEC Community streaming password on the video window labeled “NEC-Produced Stream” when prompted.
