Connecting Dots (Entrepreneurial Musicianship Grant Concert)
The "Connecting Dots" concert initiative is driven by a vision to cultivate an expansive, global musical network. At its core, the project serves as a nexus — connecting individual artists from various backgrounds and linking these localized connections to establish broader cultural hubs worldwide. By bridging these global bases, the initiative aims to build a robust network of international musical exchange.

Furthermore, the project is deeply committed to fostering mutual growth and continuous collaboration among musical peers. Frequently, artists become confined to the familiar networks of their respective cities or academic institutions, inadvertently limiting their creative scope. "Connecting Dots" is designed to break away from these geographical and institutional boundaries.

The ultimate objective is to encourage musicians to step outside their comfort zones, providing a dynamic platform to experience, share, and engage with a highly diverse spectrum of music. Through this global interplay, the concert series strives to expand artistic horizons and build a truly interconnected musical community.

This project is co-curated by Xiaofeng Jiang and Young-Jun Lee. This concert was made possible through the support of the Entrepreneurial Musicianship Grant at New England Conservatory.
