This vibrant program highlights the extraordinary artistry of NEC Prep’s young musicians, featuring dynamic jazz, string and piano ensembles, honors wind and brass quintets, and original works by emerging student composers.
Audiences will experience beloved chamber masterworks by Beethoven, Shostakovich, Fauré, Arensky, Piazzolla, Ibert, and Ewald, alongside exciting new compositions by jazz faculty member David Zoffer and NEC Prep composers Henry Vidaver, Max Abouzeid, and Oscar Lewis.
From timeless classics to fresh contemporary voices, the evening celebrates creativity, collaboration, and the remarkable achievements of our student performers and composers.
