Borrow Equipment
General Information
The circulating equipment collection is available to current NEC college students, faculty, and staff in support of their teaching, learning, and performance needs.
Equipment is in high demand. Loans are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Review the instructions for reserving equipment below.

Reservations
To reserve equipment:
- Log into R&R using the Tile in OneLogin
- Visit RPTS, JH-B50, Monday-Friday, 10-5 p.m.
- Email RPTS at RPTS@necmusic.edu
Check-in/Check-out Process
Equipment loans can be picked up and returned to the RPTS office, located in the Jordan Hall building, B50, Monday-Friday, 10-5 p.m. Borrowers will be required to present their NEC ID and complete a loan agreement. Please allow 5-10 minutes for this process.
Renewals
You might be able to extend the length of your existing equipment reservation by requesting a renewal the day before it is due. Renewals should be requested in person at RPTS, JH-B50, or by Email RPTS@necmusic.edu
If the equipment cannot be renewed, it must be returned on the original due date or you will be blocked from borrowing items in the future.
