Looking to take local auditions? Each year NEC hosts auditions for 30+ festivals, local orchestras, and other organizations, as space allows. Check out our calendar of upcoming auditions. Organizations interested in scheduling auditions at NEC should email us their preferred dates.
Individual Advising
Need help with your résumé, bio, web site, or promotional materials? Have a project in mind, but not sure how to realize it? Career Services Center staff are available to meet one-on-one with NEC students and alumni. We'll help explore your ideas and goals, and think through the steps you can take to move forward. We're available in-person, by email, or telephone. *NEW* The NEC Career Services Center now offers individual advising session via Skype—it’s a free download and if you have a computer with a camera, we can do “face to face” advising sessions and mock interviews with you. If you’re not in the Boston area, and would like to have a more “personalized” advising session, email us to schedule an appointment.
