Join the NEC Chamber Singers at their opening concert of the 2024-25 academic year, conducted by Erica J. Washburn, NEC's Director of Choral Activities.
Entitled "Of Im/Mortals" tonight's repertory includes Raua Needmine (Curse Upon Iron) by Veljo Tormis, Jenny Wilhelm's Hjaðningaríma, Gustav Holst's Choral Hymns from the Rig-Vega, Group 1, avoonan dbishmayya (Our Father, in Aramaic) by Ilyas Iliya, Brahms' Schicksalslied, and Chant, 1930 by Ruth Crawford Seeger.
