Music Director Jotaro Nakano leads the orchestra of Boston’s medical community in a sonic exploration of nature through time from emergence and growth in Tonya Wind Singer’s Creation, to the beauty of the Tasmanian wilderness in the US Premiere of Nigel Westlake’s Toward Takayna featuring acclaimed Australian guitar duo Ziggy & Miles, to the ancient majesty at the heart of Respighi’s Pines of Romes. This concert benefits LSO’s Community Partner Tunefoolery, a nonprofit dedicated to connecting music with mental health.
