Currently a Master’s candidate in French Linguistics and Pedagogy at Middlebury College, Gina Marie joins the Modern Languages department with an academic interest in immersive education and phonetic awareness. An active performer, Gina Marie brings a unique understanding of the challenges faced by conservatory students as they navigate their merging professional and academic lives. She is sensitive not only to this but to the crucial role language plays in all aspects of the field. Gina Marie hopes to encourage her students to have a love for language learning, a keen ear, and excitement for their future in music.
