Tenor Eiji Miura, a native of San Francisco, is an active and sought-after Boston-based singer and teacher. He holds an M.M. in Vocal Performance and Pedagogy from the Boston Conservatory, and has completed studies with the Speech Language Pathologists and Singing Voice Specialists of The Voice Center at Massachusetts General Hospital in vocal health and hygiene, taking specific interest in systematic, diagnostic, and rehabilitative voice teaching methods for individuals suffering from habitual muscle tension disorders.

As a performer, Eiji regularly appears in concerts, operas (Odyssey Opera, Commonwealth Lyric Theater, BYSO), musicals (Reagle Music Theatre), and in the sacred music scene in and around the Boston area, and also records vocals for video game soundtracks. In 2017, Eiji joined world-renowned film composer Hans Zimmer for the New England portion of his international tour.

In addition to being a member of the NEC Preparatory School voice faculty, Eiji is also on the voice faculty at Clark University (Worcester, MA). He is a member of the Nation Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS), and currently serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Boston chapter of NATS.
