The bond between each teacher and student is unique, but one thing remains the same across these relationships: the idea of a common legacy, perpetually passed on. It is an honor to present Pamela Frank not just as a soloist, but also as a collaborator with her own students - in an evening that also memorializes her teacher, Shirley Givens. This dynamic legacy comes to life in brilliant Mozart, a cross-generational musical conversation, a powerful Haydn symphony, and a benediction by Tchaikovsky.
