CEB Dialogue Dinner for Faculty and Staff
Center for Cultural Equity and Belonging (CEB, SB 203)
Topic: Bridging Divides
In an increasingly polarized world, how do we engage in meaningful conversations with those who hold different beliefs and ideologies, while being centered in our own values and beliefs?
Through centering relationship, story, and connection, we will practice the tools to have candid dialogue across difference.
And... we will enjoy dinner and good company in the process.
Facilitated by Monique Van Willingh, CEB Director
For further CEB events, see the CEB Programming Webpage and October Dialogue Month Flyer
The theme is "Talking Tapestries: The Courage to Engage in Difficult Dialogue". This month, we will focus on developing and practicing helpful tools for challenging dialogue, and will have community and learning opportunities for all to engage in. CEB will also share resources each week.
