Sight Singing II

This course reinforces and expands upon skill sets introduced in Sight-singing I, and introduces singers to essential rhythmic patterns and Meters. Singers develop increased expertise and fluency within both Tonal (Moveable Do) and Atonal frameworks, preparing and singing songs in all keys, and in numerous Atonal contexts. Focus is upon increased skill and confidence sight-singing within group and individual environments. Students are expected to spend 2-3 hours weekly in preparation for class activities.
