For two days every February, choirs take the stage of NEC's Jordan Hall in the Annual Thomas A. Dorsey Gospel Jubilee, which The Boston Globe calls "a rousing tribute to the vitality of modern gospel." Come join us for the 31st annual installment as we bring together music of spirit, praise, and worship within a context of learning and celebrate the diversity of gospel's spiritual, cultural, and musical traditions.

The NEC Millennium Gospel Choir is conducted by a number of the Boston area's most eminent ministers of music including: David F. Coleman, James A. Early, Evelyn Lee-Jones, Herbert S. Jones, Donnell L. Patterson, Patricia Dance, the Choir Coordinator.

Also featured tonight are the Mt. Olive Kingdom Builders Praise Team and Choir, the Reconciliation dance ministry from Grace Church of All Nations in Dorchester, the NEC Community Gospel Choir, Joyful Voices of Inspiration, The Mystic Chorale, and the Mari Duo (Violinists Mariana Green-Hill and Naira Underwood).

Bishop Robert C. Perry III, Pastor of Mt. Olive Kingdom Builders' Worship Center, will lead the special invocation and praise and worship.

In addition, the NEC Gospel Music Award Winner will be announced.

The Thomas A. Dorsey Gospel Jubilee at NEC continues tomorrow, Sunday, February 14.
