• NEC students perform over 300 interactive programs and events in community settings each year under the auspices of the Community Performances and Partnerships Program.
  • Approximately 225 NEC students (or close to one third of the undergraduate and graduate student body) participate in the program each year. Participation is voluntary and open to all students in the school.
  • NEC reaches approximately 15,000 people through the CPP Program annually.  Over 8500 school children and approximately 6500 public/adult audience members were reached through these programs in 2008–2009.
  • NEC maintains over 125 partnerships with schools, senior centers, community centers, homeless shelters, hospitals, libraries, museums, and other historic landmarks.

Please see our slideshow of photos from the 2010-2011 academic year to see the CPP Program in action!
