The EM Series offers micro-burst learning opportunities, from how-to sessions to in-depth exploration of topics that affect musicians everywhere. This series includes several concentrated formats that deliver diverse lessons and models for students and alumni to use:

  • We host several Open Houses throughout the year to share information about the opportunities we offer, and connect you with students who are currently involved.
  • If you’re looking to access important resources and skills, drop in to one of our Boot Camp sessions to arm yourself with information on financial management, web presence for musicians, communications, and more.
  • If it’s new ideas and connections you’re after, take a seat at an upcoming Round-Table Discussion to cover timely topics with leading professionals in the music field.
  • EM Symposia offer a chance to dig deeper and consider ideas and trends that will evolve new audiences and ways for music to be in the world.

Below, you will find detailed information about upcoming events in the EM series. All sessions are free for NEC students, alumni, faculty, and staff, and $5 admission for the general public.
