Residential Meal Plan
All residents are required to be on the meal plan. This plan consists of $1,150 per semester ($2,300 for the academic year) and works like a bank account. Bistro Bucks are spent like cash at Bistro 33 when using the Penguin Pass as the 'debit card'. Money is automatically deducted from the account with a swipe at the register. If the resident does not use all of their Bistro Bucks prior to the end of fall semester they will carry over to the spring; however, if they have money left at the conclusion of spring semester the money will not carry over to the following academic year. If a resident runs out of Bistro Bucks they have the option of re-loading their card with Cold Cash or using cash or a debit card.
Residents can track their spending by logging on to their Cold Cash account and viewing the transactions and remaining totals.
