Bistro 33 is the on-campus retail dining hall located on the first floor of the Residence Hall building. Catered by ARAMARK Campus Services, Bistro 33 offers a variety of options including a salad bar, fruit and yogurt bar, grill, daily entrees, gluten free zone and Grab N Go items. For those with gluten, nut, shellfish or other severe food allergies, accommodations are made. Please notify Dining Services staff of your allergies in advance. Students, faculty and staff can pay with cash, credit card or Penguin Pass by loading their IDs with Cold Cash.

Residential Meal Plan
All residents are required to be on the meal plan. This plan consists of $1,150 per semester ($2,300 for the academic year) and works like a bank account. Bistro Bucks are spent like cash at Bistro 33 when using the Penguin Pass as the 'debit card'. Money is automatically deducted from the account with a swipe at the register. If the resident does not use all of their Bistro Bucks prior to the end of fall semester they will carry over to the spring; however, if they have money left at the conclusion of spring semester the money will not carry over to the following academic year. If a resident runs out of Bistro Bucks they have the option of re-loading their card with Cold Cash or using cash or a debit card. Residents can track their spending by logging on to their Cold Cash account and viewing the transactions and remaining totals.
