Requests related to the maintenance of your Residence Hall room are provided by a few offices on campus. This directory includes links to the information below that further explains offered services.
Residence Hall Office (RHO)
The RHO staff can assist you with lockouts, the 8th floor lounge and kitchen, laundry facilities, and storage opportunities. Submit requests to residencehall@necmusic.edu, by phone at 617-585-1294, or stop by the RHO during business hours.
Building Operations
The Building Operations department manages maintenance requests, custodial services, laundry facilities, and heating/hot water. Submit requests at buildingoperations@necmusic.edu or 617-585-1181. Emergency requests outside normal business hours should be reported to Jordan Hall Security at 617-585-1290.
Note - when submitting a request, please include:
- Your name
- Your room number
- Work requested
Information Technology Services (ITS)
ITS manages requests including wireless connections and Residence Hall lobby telephones. Submit requests at itshelp@necmusic.edu or 617-585-1235.
