Open by audition to intermediate players. This orchestra includes string instruments and recorder choir (multiple sizes) specializing in music from the Baroque and Renaissance Periods by composers such as Purcell, Schmelzer, Rosenmuller, Woodcock, Vivaldi and Corelli. While there are no specific age guidelines for this ensemble, most members are in grades 3-11.

Seating Auditions: September 10 & 11, 2011
Seating auditions are 7 minutes long and can be scheduled after August 15, by logging into your account online.
Seating audition requirements: Prepare two solo works or two movements from the same work that represent contrasting styles. This usually means a fast, technical piece and a slower, more lyrical piece.
