New England Conservatory piano chair Bruce Brubaker invites the public to join NEC students in exploring the challenges and complexities that pianists face in the world today, through presentations and masterclasses by guest artists and NEC faculty.
Gabriel Chodos has long been intimately associated with the 19th-century German piano literature of Beethoven, Brahms, Schubert, Schumann. He performed Beethoven's 33 Diabelli Variations for the first time in his career last year at NEC. Today he will play and discuss further.
