Why is my participation important?
There are a ton of reasons to give. Here are just a few:

  • To help our class earn an additional $5,000 if we reach our participation goal.
  • To join in honoring what we love about NEC. This is our chance to pay tribute to that studio instructor, that class, that concert that changed our lives forever.
  • To lead the way for future students. We can help ensure that their experiences at NEC will be just as great as ours.

What does my gift support?
Gifts to NEC provide crucial support for students and faculty, and by supporting the NEC Annual Fund, you are ensuring that future students benefit from the same formative educational experiences we did. As you may know, tuition only covers a portion of the NEC experience. Each day at NEC requires tremendous resources of all kinds, not the least of which is “person power”: the finest faculty and ensemble directors, the skilled accompanists who work with students, and the tireless staff who work behind the scenes to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. Each year we rely on contributions to the NEC Annual Fund to help provide the best resources and musical experiences, all without sacrificing quality.

Can I make my gift in honor of a faculty or a staff member?
Yes! There is a section at the bottom of the giving page where you can make your gift as a tribute to an individual.

How can I make my gift?
There are many ways to make your class gift. Online, we accept any major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). You can also find the Class Gift Committee Members on various Fridays by Beethoven, and they will accept cash, credit cards, or checks when you fill out your pledge card. Please note that we can’t process gifts lower than $5.

Make your contribution online now to support future generations of NEC students.
