Valentina Lass earned her M.M. from Moscow State Conservatory in piano performance and piano pedagogy. She taught at the Prokofiev School of Music in Moscow.
She was a founding member of Piano Trio of Moscow Concert Organization, which performed classical and contemporary music in twenty-eight countries and appeared in televised performances in the Soviet Union, Germany, Denmark, Holland, Finland, and Hungary. The Piano Trio of Moscow Concert Organization was an award-winner at the International Competition of the Youth, and the National Competition of Musicians (Moscow) and made recordings in Russia, Germany, and Denmark.
Valentina Lass has served as accompanist for Wheaton College, and the Brookline Community Choir. She is a faculty member at the New England Conservatory of Music Department of Preparatory and Continuing Education, where she teaches piano and chamber music.
She has served as an accompanist for Wheaton College, and the Brookline Community Choir, is a member of New England Piano Teachers Association (NEPTA) and the Music Teachers National Association. Valentina Lass is currently a faculty member at the New England Conservatory of Music, Preparatory School and School of Continuing Education, where she teaches piano and chamber music.
