Romina Crociani was born and raised in the Tuscany region of Italy. She holds a B.Sc. in Biological Science from Reading University in England, where she lived for six years, and a Masters of Education from Northeastern University in Boston.
In addition to New England Conservatory, Romina has taught Italian language and cultural courses at undergraduate and graduate levels at Northeastern University, Simmons College, Boston University, The Dante Alighieri Society, Cambridge Center for Adult Education, and the Newton Community Center. She is particularly interested in pedagogical strategies for second language acquisition and the use of new technologies in the classroom.
