Microtonal Music for Brass Instruments

This concert is a collaboration between New England Conservatory's music theory department and the Boston Microtonal Society, and features works for the 19-division microtonal trumpet, developed by Johannes Radeke and Sigmar Fischer of Germany.

Trumpeter Aaron Dubenion '15, a jazz major and member of NEC's Microtonal Composition and Performance class, will perform an original work.
