Clinton Bajakian (’87, Guitar Performance and Music Theory) has
built a vibrant career as a music
producer, composer, and sound designer, working for some of the most prominent
companies in the industry such as Sony Computer Entertainment America and LucasArts
Entertainment. Bajakian will be returning to NEC later this month for the 2012 Reunion to
receive an Outstanding Alumni Award and deliver a talk on the skills and experience needed to break into this growing field. This event is co-sponsored by the Alumni Relations and Entrepreneurial
Musicianship Departments.

Clint Bajakian is Senior Music Supervisor at Sony Computer Entertainment America. A music producer, composer, sound designer and manager with 21 years game industry experience, Bajakian is credited in over 200 titles including Sony's God of War, Uncharted, inFamous, SOCOM: U.S. Navy Seals, and earlier work on such properties as Indiana Jones, Star Wars Outlaws, Maniac Mansion, and Monkey Island. Bajakian serves on the board of directors and was a co-founder and first vice-president of the Game Audio Network Guild (www.audiogang.org). Prior to working at Sony, from 2000-2004, he managed Bay Area Sound, an independent audio production company. Through the 1990s, Bajakian was Composer and Sound Design Supervisor at LucasArts Entertainment Company. Bajakian has spoken on game audio at several conferences and educational events. Bajakian holds a double Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from The New England Conservatory in Guitar Performance and Music Theory, and a Master of Music degree in Music Composition from the University of Michigan. Bajakian resides in the San Francisco Bay area with his wife, Deniz ince, and two children, Lara and Deren
