All students interested in working on-campus, including those awarded FCWS, must conduct their own job search. Here is the procedure for finding a position.
- Find out who is hiring. Positions may be found in the Student Employment Want-Ads, and current openings are posted year-round in the Financial Aid Office. In addition, many departments advertise for student help by posting notices by the statue of Beethoven and on the Jordan Hall and St. Botolph bulletin boards.
- Contact potential employers. When you find a job listing that interests you, contact the employer directly to arrange for an interview or follow the instructions as listed.
- Fill out your paperwork. Once you have been hired, be sure to complete all necessary paperwork before starting to work.
