Below you will find the information and forms (in PDF format) needed to enroll. Please print hard copies of forms and send them to:

All admitted students who wish to enroll must complete and return the following forms by the dates listed in the Deadline Checklist. International students must also fill out the forms listed under International Students below.
If you do not intend to enroll, we ask that you still complete the Candidate Response Form and return it to us as soon as possible. Your response may allow us to welcome in students from the waiting list, so we would sincerely appreciate your courtesy and professionalism in this regard.
Deadlines for Enrollment
- December 1: Candidate Response Form due, along with $500 tuition deposit
- December 1: Housing Form due for all undergraduates and any graduates wishing to live on campus
- December 12: Student Health Report due
- January 5: Final transcripts due
- January 10: NEC Residence Hall opens
- January 12: New student orientation

Candidate Response Form
All students who have been offered admission must submit this form to communicate their intention to enroll or to decline our offer of admission. Please fill this in and return to us whether you plan to enroll at NEC or not. If you intend to enroll, please include the $500 enrollment deposit with this form.
All new undergraduates (including transfer students) must submit this form along with a $525 housing deposit. Some students may qualify for an exemption; please see the form for exemption categories. Graduate students who wish to live in the dorm should also submit this form and the housing deposit by the deadline above.

Meningococcal Disease information
All enrolling students must review all three documents and submit health reports by the deadline listed above. There is a late fee of $150 US for any health reports submitted after the deadline. Graduating students returning for a new degree must check with Health Services before the end of the semester to learn what information is required for their re-entry to avoid a late fee and/or registration block.

Certification of Finance Form
Any student who is not a citizen or Permanent Resident of the United States and who requires an F-1 student visa must complete this form and submit with the appropriate documentation of funds.
